We have known K since 1980. She was like a "breath of fresh air". She was always upbeat and positive and a superb individual. She "positively" touched the lives of many people including us. As a young boy , spending my summers at WTL, Kay's pleasant smile and always kind words are what I remember most about those years. Not once did she even complain about me riding my dirt bike in circles around her cabin! Weather taking us kids on a nature walk to learn about the world around us, or the lazy summer afternoons spent hanging out by her cabin talking and playing music , Kay left an impression that has kept me smiling through my years. I will never forget her kindness.
