Gino was a highschool classmate of mine and a long time friend in Midland and at St. Blaise Parish. My husband Jerry was a friend of Ginos also and connected with him through the Knights of Columbus. Jerry always said Gino's pork chops were the best ever. Although I now live in Tucson Arizona, I try to stay in touch with Midland friends and losses as they occur. Gino was one swell person and will be missed by many. Sincerely

John, Jim, Pat and Joanie: Please accept my condolences on the passing of your father. Gino was a great guy. I still can see him behind the meat counter at the old Clover Farm Store--he always had a smile a something good to say. He was good to me and to my sisters, especially Betsy (as was your mother). One of my father's favorite stories had to do with his wedding. My father and mother were married in a big Italian wedding at the church in Chester. Your father and Anthony Masters were in the wedding party. It was the first time they ever wore a tuxedo. While the men in the wedding party were getting dressed, my father noticed that Anthony was wearing white sox with his tux. My father was told him: "Anthony, you can't wear white sox with a tux!" Your father lifted his pants to show his sox and said, "well, how about these?" Gino was wearing red sox! It was a good thing the wedding photo was in black and white. He will be missed.
