I would like to express my sincere condolences to Donna's entire family. Such a tragic and unexpected loss for everyone. Donna was a special person who always enjoyed people and made them smile. Knowing her for 50 years has been my pleasure. Her family treated me like a member of the family. The memories that I share with them will stay with me always. Donna's spirited personality, love of life, and kind heart will be remembered by all. May the grace of God help all of you during this time of mourning. Just rememeber: Those we have loved do not go away, They walk beside us each and every day She will be with you when the times are tough, She will be with you when you have had enough. Grieve for her as you must, Life is not always just. Memories become treasured gifts, Feel the presence of her lift. No words can be spoken to ease your pain, Just know that you will see her once again. Until that time has come to pass, For now, memories will forever last. In loving memory, Mary Anne Walker

Dear Brianne, We are so sad to hear about your loss. I wish I could take away your hurt and broken heart. There are no words that can help.Just knowing that you have friends and family around to comfort you. I only got to know your mom a short time, but it seemed like we were friends forever. She had that great personality about herself, you just had to love her. I remember helping her in her flower garden, she was so proud of her flowers. She was truly one of a kind. a true ANGEL.She was so proud of you and she loved you dearly, and most important she knew you loved her. She will be always watching over you. I pray that the lord will give you peace and be your comforter during this difficult time in knowing Donna is with her Heavenly Father. I know that we may not always understand all we face in life. God can be trusted in all things, and his unconditional love will see us through any difficulty or loss we may face in this life. His promise that those who love and put their trust in Jesus will one day be reunited to those who have gone ahead. May the Lord hold you close, comfort you in his presence and bring you peace both now and in the days to come. Just remember we love you, and we are always here for you. Deepest Sympathy, Tom, Sandy and Tommy

To Kara, It's been something like 25 years ago that your mom and I hung out while you and my son Mark Kasparek played at our house right at the top of Tusca Hill. I have pictures of you and Mark riding toy motorcycles and having cake at his birthday party. I even remember you dog named Thor! I was always afraid of him. I've had the pleasure of being friends with your mom ever since then. We didn't get to see much of each other after she was transferred from the Beaver office but I did just run into her and Jim a little over a year ago. I asked about you and she her face just glowed with pride! She told me about the cruise ship and what a fabulous singer and dancer you are. She was SO proud of you! You and your family are in my prayers. Love to you all, Debbie Stewart

Relation: Friend/former co-worker
When trouble arises, some get angry and question God. Not realizing that at some point these words from Matthew 6:10 had been uttered; ..."Thy will be done in earth..." You know the story of Job; he did not get angry with God (doing so would have been a sinful reaction). Instead he accepted what God allowed by faith and worshiped Him. In life’s storms, be confident that He wouldn’t allow a storm if it wasn’t best for you. Remember that our Father knows best. He can see what our tainted vision can never see. Accept what God allows... Jim, you are currently going through one of the most severe storms of life. May you be comforted in knowing that according to 1 Corinthians 10:13 God will never give you more than you can bear; Never question God or wonder why He allows things to happen. For His ways are not our ways, nor His thoughts our thoughts. Perhaps these words may offer you comfort as they did for me at the loss of my son; "God is too wise to make a mistake and too just to do wrong." May the grace of God be with you and keep you. And remember you are not alone.

To Donna's entire family, please accept my most sincere condolences and heart felt sympathies. Over the years that I have known Joyce, I had a few opportunities to spend time with Donna. What a cheerful, happy and pleasant soul she was and I know it will be hardship to bear a life without her. May God grant you His grace in your difficult time. I pray that in the moments of greatest despair over your loss, you will be consoled by a Father who loves his daughter and who calls her to her heavenly home which is the earthly hope of all who are His faithful. From the moment we are born we seek the happiness to be found only in our Fathers embrace which is our ultimate goal. May the Perpetual Light shine upon Donna and may He grant you His peace.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I was away on my honeymoon in Ireland when I got the message and I could not get back to the funeral, for which I am so sad about. She was such a pleasure to work with, and was really like my mom away from home. I remember when she came to a Pitt football game and told me that she would be my "mom for the day," and she was so proud of me. This is such a deep loss and she will be greatly missed. Returning to work in the fall will not be the same without her. My deepest sympathies to her family.
