I smile when I think of our "Moms"! I always enjoyed how she could easily make you look at yourself and ask, "How can I be a better person"...and then tell you how your conclusion is incorrect...and plant the Godly seeds needed to make your conclusion right...lol. She had wisdom in so many areas of life, a talk with her could certainly let you walk away a much wiser person. She feared nothing but the Lord and, without doubt, Our Lord loves her. Right now, she is standing in the midst of Angels...with her little fists in the air, a smile on her face and she is screaming out, "Praise the Lord, Hallelujah"! (I only hope Angels can wear gem-studded earrings...cause I love those on "Mums"...lol) Ruth...I knew you were a class act from the moment I met you. You make me laugh and you inspire me to be a better person. I treasure you. Once I met your Mother, every wonderful trait I saw in you...I knew came from her. She was a force to be reckoned with and to be loved by both of you has been a gift. Thank you for sharing "Mums" with us. I love you, Chel

Everything good I am in this life was instilled in me by Anthony and Geraldine Sobieski. She was the greatest woman I ever known. My heart aches for her family and all those in our congregation that loved her so dear. We are all eternally grateful for God sharing her with us in this life.

I am blessed to have met your mother several times as she came to drop-off shoe box gifts for Operation Christmas Child. I am sure that her love and faith have touched many lives and she has been received in heaven with the blessing- Well done good and faithful servant. My condolences to your family. I just wanted to say I am so sorry for your loss of your mom. I remember coming to your house and how strong her faith was. I have been a born again Christian since 1986 but I remember praying to recieve Christ in your kitchen when I was young. I don't think I knew what it meant at the time, but I am sure that the Lord used that to pave my way to Him. I know you will see your mom one day and that is such a comfort. I know that since both my mom and dad have gone to be with the Lord. May God bless and comfort you.

I,ve known Sister Geraldine since I was 3. In our 30 years together she has taught me so much but the greatest thing she has taught me is to love your neighbor as yourself and to love God with all your heart. She taught me this not be reading or instruction but through her daily living. She was a true example of how to shine God's light to the world. I know she is heaven with Anthony and I know all of her pains and worries are gone. Like many, I just miss her, but I wil try diligently to follow what she taught through her daily walk and hopefully one day I will see her again. Sister Geraldine, you are so precious, we love you.
