My deepest sympathy to all members of Rosalie's family. Back in the 1960s, I had the pleasure of getting to know Rosalie through acting in community theatre (Chippewa Playhouse & the Regent Theatre in Beaver Falls) & singing in the choir of the First Presbyterian Church in Beaver. I was a guest at her apartment in Los Angeles in 1967, where she & her fiance, Sal Perrota, who lived nearby in LA, showed me a great time in the way of sightseeing. When I moved back to my family home in Beaver after 29 years of living in Pittsburgh, Rosalie saw my name in the "Beaver County Times" as a Thanksgiving day soup kitchen volunteer & called me. We had many telephone conversations & a number of meals together. Over the past several years I tried to call Rosalie but always just got a message on her answering machine. Her illness apparently made telephone conversations difficult. She was a great person with one of the best senses of humor I have ever encountered, even though her life was full of challenges. You have lost a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother & sister.
