Anna Mae Vojnovich

Anna Mae Vojnovich, 82, of Midland, passed away surrounded by her family, Monday, December 14, 2020.

Born May 19, 1938 in New Castle, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Haney. A resident of Midland most of her life, Anna will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved being around her family, playing bingo, and the lottery. Anna was a faithful member of St. Blaise Parish, Midland.

In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Vojnovich in 2003; a son, James D. Vojnovich in 2013; and daughter-in-law, Tammy Vojnovich in 2020.

She will be greatly missed by her sons, Michael Vojnovich, Ohioville, and Terry Vojnovich, Midland; daughters, Cindy (Ken) Ginsberg, Midland, and Christina (Walter) Corradi, Ohioville; one brother, Anthony Haney, New Castle; a sister, JoAnn (Sonny) Stalma, New Castle; seven grandchildren, Heather, Christopher, Stephen, Tiffany, Mikey, Marky, and Michelle; and seven great-grandchildren.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private blessing service was held at the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver, followed by interment at Beaver Cemetery. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.

The family would like to thank her nurse’s aide, Janet Jackson, who was Anna’s constant companion and care giver. And also a special thank you to her son Terry Vojnovich who was her care giver around the clock.
