Anthony S. DiCiccio, 89, of South Beaver Twp., formerly of Midland, passed away surrounded by his family, Wednesday, September 1, 2021.
Born August 17, 1932 in Midland, he was a son of the late Alexander and Anna DeMatteis DiCiccio. A proud veteran of the U. S. Air Force, he served as a mechanic during the Korean War. Anthony went on to a long career with Crucible Stainless Cold Strip, Midland where he retired as a foreman. He was a member of the St. Anthony Club and the American Legion, both in Midland.
In addition to his parents, Anthony was preceded in death by his beloved wife Nancy C. DiCiccio in 2016; two sisters and four brothers.
He will be greatly missed by his daughters, Toni Lynn (Layden) Sadecky, South Beaver Twp., Teresa DiCiccio (Michael) Wiegand, Las Vegas, NV, and Tina Marie DiCiccio, South Beaver Twp; sister, Doreen “Dolly” LaValle; grandson, Jeffrey Lane Sadecky, Orlando, FL; and Godsons, Mark Nuzzo and Vincent LaValle; and lifelong friend, Patty Nuzzo.
Friends will be received Monday, September 6, 2021, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver, where a funeral service will be conducted by special family friend, Pastor John Nuzzo, Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 11 a.m. Interment with full military honors, will take place at Beaver Cemetery.
