Barbara Erath

Barbara Jean Erath, 87, of Beaver, passed away on July 14, 2023, at Celebration Villa of Chippewa. She was a resident of Beaver, Pa.

Born on January 24, 1936, in New Brighton, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Margaret Beatty Erath. Barbara was a faithful member of Fairview Reformed Presbyterian Church, and worked in retail sales for numerous years, as well as Hawthorne Valley Golf Course. Barbara will be remembered as a loving mother, and as “Grandma Barb” to her grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her former husband, William Keagy; and her brother Ronald Erath.

Barbara will be sadly missed by her son, Mark (Dawn) Keagy; daughter, Peggy (Robin) Graham; grandchildren, Lauren Graham, Michael (Alex) Graham, Tiffany Keagy, and Kimberly (Patrick Murtha) Keagy; great-grandchildren, Elias and Mackenzie Graham; sisters-in-law, Karen Erath and Carol Murphy; as well as special friends, with whom she traveled and spent time.

Friends will be received on Tuesday July 18, 2023 from 2pm until the time of service at 6pm in the Noll Funeral Home Inc., 333 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. Online condolences may be shared at www.nollfuneral.com.

Private Interment to take place at Oak Grove Cemetery, Industry.

Barbara’s family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Celebration Villa of Chippewa, as well as Gateway Hospice, for their love and compassionate care given to her during her time with them. Thank you also to Dr. Jansma, Dr. Carosella, and their staff for years of excellent care. The many cards and words of support from loved ones have been much appreciated as well.
