Belva Lou Pantoni, 89 of Midland passed away surrounded by her family, November 22, 2024 at Lakeview Personal Home. Born October 13, 1935 in Industry, she was the daughter of the late Robert Glenn and Olive Popp Hammond and had been a resident of the Midland area all of her life. Belva had retired from Westinghouse where she was an office manager at the Shippingport location. A faithful member of the St. Augustine Parish, St. Blaise Church, Midland, she was a member of ISDA and also, the St. Anthony Club. In addition to her parents, Belva was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony “Pidge” Pantoni, Jr.; infant daughter, Denise Pantoni; son-in-law, Kim Kriner; brother, Keith Hammond; and two sisters, Phyllis Dawson and Genie Douglas. She is survived by two daughters, Theresa “Tina” (Fred) Romantine, Moon Twp. and Toni Kriner, Lisbon, OH; a son, Anthony Joseph “A.J.” (Tracey) Pantoni III, Cranberry; her cherished grandchildren who loved their “Mam”, Allegra Pantoni, Amy Romantine, Tricia Romantine, Vito (Elizabeth) Romantine, Dante Romantine, Alicia (Andy) Lubich, and Leanna (Scott Mick) Nolder; seven great-grandchildren, Jacob Rocco Romantine, Madison and Karsyn Nolder, Brodey Lubich, Andrew Rollert, and Anthony and Arlo Romantine; along with special nieces, Nancy (Ken) Kacko, Mary Francis Pilarski, and Kathy (Paul) Austin. Friends will be received Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 2p.m. until 4p.m. and 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the SCHWERHA-NOLL FUNERAL HOME, 629 Midland Ave., Midland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 10:30 am at St. Blaise Church, St. Augustine Parish. Private interment will take place at Beaver Cemetery.
