Betty D. Brown, 102, of Industry, peacefully passed away at her home on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
Born on August 27, 1923, in Sligo, Pennsylvania, Betty was the daughter of the late Andrew and Agnes Webster. She spent her life in Industry PA, where she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and homemaker. A faithful member of St. Augustine Parish, St. Blaise Church in Midland, Betty lived a life centered on faith, family, and simple joys. She loved traveling, dancing, and cheering on her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers. Above all, she treasured the time she shared with her family, who were the greatest joy of her life.
In addition to her parents, Betty was welcomed into eternal rest by her beloved husband, Arthur Brown; her son, Arthur James Brown; and five sisters and one brother.
She leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory: her daughters, Sandra L. Cvetovich and Susan Worrell; her grandchildren, Tami (Vern) Buffington, Sherri (Tom Cayton Jr.) Cvetovich, Cindy Cvetovich, David (Dorothy) Montini, Andrew (Heather) Worrell, Josh Worrell, Mara Worrell, Marcie (Jeff) Miller, and Michael (Nina) Brown; her great-grandchildren, Christopher Miller, Taylor Cayton, Brooke Buffington, and Isaac Miller; and her special friend, Amy Miller, whose stories and jokes brought Betty countless smiles and laughter.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Good Samaritan Hospice for the compassionate care and kindness shown to Betty, especially Jessica, Ashley, and Thomas. They also wish to thank the caregivers from Visiting Angels, particularly Naomi and Jeannnie, for their unwavering kindness, support, and dedication.
The family also extends heartfelt gratitude to her granddaughter, Cindy, whose exceptional love, devotion and care allowed Gram to remain at home surrounded by family and comfort for many years.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, July 27, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Schwerha-Noll Funeral Home, 629 Midland Ave., Midland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Augustine Parish, St. Blaise Church, Midland. Betty will be laid to rest at Beaver Cemetery and Mausoleum.
