Betty Snyder Carcaise

November 25, 1923 — September 1, 2018

Betty Snyder Carcaise, 94, of Patterson, passed away on September 1, 2018.

Born on November 25, 1923 in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Clarissa Stonebraker. Betty was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Beaver and was very active in many organizations in the church.

Betty was a cheerful spirit in her many years in Beaver Falls and Beaver. Her last five years were spent at The Franciscan Manor In Patterson Heights and Providence Care Center in Beaver Falls. She received quality care from both institutions and the family is appreciative to both for her wonderful care. Betty was a very social person who loved golf, played bridge, loved to travel and was known to enjoy her glass of scotch surrounded by her friends and family. It was a better world because she was in it, and she will be missed.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, John A Snyder; her second husband, Frank Carcaise; a sister Jeanne Stonebraker; a brother, Sonny Stonebraker; and a daughter-in-law, Marilyn Snyder.

She is survived by two sons, John A. (Patty) Snyder Jr. of Ocala, FL, and Chris A. (Kathy) Snyder of Wheaton, IL; a brother William Stonebraker of Elizabeth PA; six grandchildren, Scott (Wendy) Snyder, John (Vicki) Snyder, Jason (Jen) Snyder, Stacey ( Sean) Murray, Chris ( Kelli) Snyder, Katie (Geno) Mattioda; and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Profession Arrangements have been entrusted to the Noll Funeral Home Inc., 333 Third Street, Beaver PA 15009. Online Condolences may be shared at www.nollfuneral.com .
