Betty Gallagher

Betty Gallagher, 86, formerly of Freedom, passed away following a brief illness, Sunday, January 23, 2022, at Rochester Manor.

Born February 12, 1935 in Rochester, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Grace Ferguson Stevens. A resident of Freedom most of her life, Betty will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, and caring grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Charles I. Gallagher in 1977; a baby girl at birth; and 2 brothers, Cecil and DeWayne Stevens.

She will be greatly missed by her sons, Chuck (Kelli) Gallagher, and Earl (Terri) Gallagher; daughters, Diana (Ron) Anderson, and Cookie (Eric) Gallagher; eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received Thursday, January 27, 2022, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver, where a funeral service will take place Friday, January 28, 2022, at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester.
