Carol Lancos

Carol B. Lancos, 82, of Midland, passed away on May 25, 2026, with her daughter and her husband by her side.

Born June 21, 1943, in East Liverpool, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Irene Novak Balint. Carol was an avid Steeler fan, retired after many years as a bank teller at Beaver Trust in Midland and later helped the elderly by working at the Beaver Valley Geriatric Center. She was a member of St. Augustine Parish, St. Blaise Church and had been a resident of Midland her entire life.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her companion & partner, Kenny Sowers; brothers, John “Sonny” Balint, Robert Balint; sisters, Elizabeth “Bette” Chapman, Patricia Balser, Lenore “Lennie” Miller and her former husband and friend Bob Lancos.

Carol will be greatly missed by her devoted daughter, Susan Miller, and her husband Robert Reilly of Brighton Twp.; grandson and the love of her life, Matthew Miller; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Thursday May 28, 2026, from 5 PM to 8 PM in the Noll-Schwerha Funeral Home Inc, 629 Midland Ave., Midland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 10:30 AM at St. Augustine Parish, St. Blaise Church, 772 Ohio Ave., Midland.
