Charles Regis Mccann

Charles Regis McCann, 83 of Beaver passed away Thursday evening, November 30, 2017 surrounded by his family.

Born June 29, 1934 in Rochester, he was a son of the late Charles L. & Rosabelle Lewis McCann and was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church, Rochester. He was a 1952 graduate of Freedom High School, and was a veteran of the US Air Force. Regis retired from J & L Steel over 30 years.  He was a passionate sports fan, especially high school sports.  He rarely missed a Beaver High School sporting event.

Preceding him in death besides his parents was his wife 54 years, Mildred A. “Millie” Adair McCann, and a sister, Eileen House.

He is survived by his son, Robert A. (Christina) McCann, Snellville, GA, a brother, Jim McCann, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, a granddaughter, Mallory McCann, Jackson, MS, a step granddaughter, Lauren McCalla, Snellville, nieces and nephew, Amy Shull, Patterson Twp., Jennifer Shull, York, SC, David Shull, Butler, PA, Lori and Sue House, Freedom, PA, and a great niece, Megan Shull, Hopewell, PA.

Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver where a service will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 am, conducted by his pastor, Reverend Gregory Clagg.   The service will be followed by full military rites by the Beaver County Special Unit.  Private interment at Oak Grove Cemetery, Freedom will follow.  Online condolences may be shared atnollfuneral.com.
