Clyde Dennis Laman

C. Dennis Laman (known as Denny), 89, of Beaver, passed away on June 24, 2023, peacefully at home with his loving family by his side.

Born September 3, 1933 in Aliquippa, he was the son of the late Clyde Laman and Teresa (Mutscheller) Laman. After Aliquippa High School, he was a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy, where he met his loving wife of 67 years, Ann Colabrese Laman. Denny and Ann were the owners of College Hill Pharmacy in Beaver Falls, which they operated together for over 35 years. Known for his kind and loving personality, he was a precious gift to all who knew him. Denny was an entrepreneur and owned many health businesses throughout the years. He was a member of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Beaver Falls Rotary Club, Beaver Valley Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Retail Druggists, Beaver County Pharmacy Association, PA Pharmacy Association, and Knights of Columbus. He was a proud veteran of the US Army, stationed in France.

Along with his parents, Denny was also preceded in death by a brother Robert F. Laman and a sister Audrey C. Betcher.

Denny leaves behind his wife, Ann Colabrese Laman and four daughters, Lisa Bond, Naples, FL, Denise Laman, Richmond, VA, Diane (Jim) Doyle, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and Michele (Dave) Becker, Estero, FL; Grandchildren, Allison Bond, Lauren Bond, Caitlin Doyle, Meghan (Keaton) Doyle Allmaras, James Doyle, Dave Becker Jr., Emilee Becker; Great-granddaughter, Hailey Allmaras.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. A mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 30, 2023 at 10:30am at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Beaver.
