Connie Acker

Connie L. Acker, 67, of Vanport, passed away on August 3, 2023, surrounded by her loving family after a long-fought battle with Cancer.

Born November 19, 1955 in Rochester, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Lois (Baumgard) Wolfe. Connie was a 1973 graduate of Beaver High School, where she was a majorette. She then went on to Slippery Rock University, where she was a Rocklette and a member of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority. Connie was also a member of Saints Peter & Paul Church, Our Lady of the Valley Parish. She will be remembered for her love of her pets, and her creative and caring mind. Connie had a passion for watching her grandchildren play sports and from a young age spent many weekends at Pymatuning Lake.

Connie will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 45 years Terrance Acker; son, Kurt Acker of Beaver; daughter, Lindsay (Richard) Kostyak of Beaver; grand-children Brennan and Tanner Kostyak; brothers Robert (Kathleen)Wolfe and Charles (Nancy) Wolfe; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Monday, August 7, 2023, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home Inc, 333 Third Street Beaver. A Blessing Service will be held on Tuesday August 8, 2023 at 11am at the Funeral Home. Private interment will take place at Sylvania Hills Cemetery.
