David Basinger

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of David Edward Basinger, 46, of Ohioville, on February 26, 2026.
Dave is survived by his father, Russell (Cheryl) Basinger of Lakewood Ranch, FL; his sister, Renee (Daniel) Wolf of Winter Garden, FL; his favorite niece, Alyssa Wolf; his aunt, Barbara Cramer; and many loved friends and acquaintances.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Roberta Basinger; his maternal grandparents, Stephen and Helen Ziolkowski; and his paternal grandparents, Wilbert and Grace Basinger.
Dave lived life to the fullest. He was always ready for his next adventure, whether it was to his favorite Disney park, Florida beach, or any golf course. Dave was also an avid sports fan of all Pittsburgh teams, cheering on every team faithfully even if he was disappointed in the outcome of the game. He never met "an adult beverage" he didn't like, especially fond of old-fashioneds and any cold beer. He will be so greatly missed in many people's lives.
Friends and family will be received Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 11am until the time of service at Noon at Noll Funeral Home Inc, 333 Third Street Beaver, PA 15009. Private interment will take place at the Beaver Cemetery & Mausoleum.
