Diana Dove

Diana (Mandish) Dove, 84, of Ohioville, passed away suddenly at her home Saturday, December 9, 2017.

Born June 27, 1933 in Freedom, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Anna ( Milkovich) Mandish. An active and faithful member of the Green Valley Methodist Church, Shippingport, Diana was a longtime member of Church Women United. A loving and caring wife and mother, she enjoyed camping, cooking, sewing, and reading. Most important to Diana was spending time with her friends and family, especially her treasured grandchildren whom meant everything to her.

In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 61 years, Roy J. Dove, on July 30, 2017; her brother, William Mandish; two sisters, Dorothy Mandish and Mildred Ratkovich; and two nephews, Stephen Mandish and Michael Ratkovich.

She will be greatly missed by her two daughters, Deborah (Stephen) Merritt, Ohioville, and Dorothy (Mario) Jacome, Midland; her cherished grandchildren and great-grandsons, Heather (Edward) Kelleher, and Ashley, Christopher, William, and Mario Jacome, and Jordan and Brandon Kelleher; brother-in-law, Glenn Dove, Monaca; sister-in-law, Juanita Olson, FL; numerous nieces and nephews, and a large extended family.

Friends will be received Monday, December 18, 2017 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the Schwerha-Noll Funeral Home, 600 Beaver Ave., Midland, where a funeral service, conducted by her pastor Reverend Susan Pickering, will take place Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 11 a.m. A private interment will follow at Highland Cemetery, Ohioville.
