Donald C. Mullins

Donald Charles Mullins, 65, of East Palestine, Ohio, passed away on March 15, 2019 after a long battle with cancer. Born on May 25, 1953, in St. John’s, New Foundland, he was the son of Charles Mullins and the late Edith Churchill Mullins. Donald attended John S. Battle High School in Virginia, as well as a 1978 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Mechanical Engineering Degree. He also served in Vietnam Special Services and enjoyed traveling to many states and countries. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 33 years, Maryann Pisano Mullins; a son, Brock Mullins of East Palestine; two grandsons, which Donald adored, Easton Louis and Gannon Lucas; and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews in Bristol, TN. Friends will be received on Wednesday March 20, 2019 from 2p-4p and 6p-8p in the Noll Funeral Home Inc., 333 Third Street, Beaver PA 15009 where Full Military Rites will be conducted at 2:30pm Wednesday.
