Edith I. Speerhas

Edith Irene Speerhas, 96, of Midland, passed away with her family at her side, Saturday, March 26, 2022.

Born January 13, 1926 in Darlington, she was a daughter of the late Philip and Maria Rimoldi. Edith had been a resident of Midland most of her life, retiring from the former Medical Center, Beaver. In her spare time, she was an avid golfer, and loved playing cards as part of the 19th Hole Card Club. Edith was a faithful member of St. Blaise Parish, Midland.

In addition to her parents, Edith was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin W. Speerhas; and brothers, Victor and Harry Rimoldi.

She will be greatly missed by her sons, Rex (Karen), Mark (Barb), Brian (Julie), and Dean Speerhas; grandchildren, Melanie (James) Speerhas Birmingham, Marni Speerhas, Audra (Brian) Speerhas, Lauren (Brett) Speerhas Cline, Mallory Speerhas, Frankie Speerhas, and Jackson Speerhas; along with great-grandchildren, Ella Birmingham, Payton Speerhas, and Sophie Cline.

Friends will be received Tuesday, March 29, 2022, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Blaise Parish, Midland. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
