Esther "Ruth" May

Esther “Ruth” May, 94 of South Beaver Township went to be with her Lord and Savor Jesus Christ on April 15, 2021 at Heritage Valley, Beaver, PA Born August 19, 1926 in Ohioville, she was a daughter of the late George and Mabel Henderson. She was a resident of South Beaver Township most of her life and a faithful, lifetime member of the New Salem Presbyterian Church. Preceding her in death, besides her parents was her husband Wayne L. May (2000); a son, George W May (2018); and her brothers, Dale, Art, Harold and Les Henderson, and sisters, Velma Gailey and Mabel Mazine ; and a great grandchild, Joshua May. Surviving are her children, Bob (Helene) May of South Beaver, Pastor Gary (Debra) May of Centreville, Virginia, Esther (John) Kelly of Industry, daughter-in-law, Margaret May of High Springs, Florida; and her sister, Mary Lou (Ken) McCoy of Clarkson, Ohio; her cherished grandchildren, Dean (Susan) May, Jennifer Trimm, Nancy (Bill) Milligan, Kelly (Doug) Straley, Renita (Joe) Wilson, Brenda (Jason) Rodriquez, Marc (Shannon) May, Matthew (Lauren) May and Angela May; and her 18 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren. A number of special nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the New Salem Presbyterian Church on Monday, April 19, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 5:30 p.m., followed by a 6:00 p.m., and a dinner following the service. The service will be conducted by her pastor, Reverend Jeffrey Marquis. Private interment will take place at Highland Cemetery. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
