Frances A. Boyle

Frances A. Boyle, 88, of Vanport, passed away Monday, January 25, 2021. An angel on her way to heaven!

Born April 11, 1932 in Beaver Falls, she was a daughter of the late Francesco and Elena (Puteri) Mendicino. Frances will always be remembered as a devoted wife and loving mother. She left the Bell Telephone as an operator to raise her only son with unconditional love. Her personality, honesty and patience were key attributes only outdone by a warm smile that could light up a room. She always said smile because life is to short! She was a very peaceful person who welcomed all into the home especially during the holidays. She loved volunteering as a chaperone and working in the cafeteria for Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School. A time she truly missed. She was a faithful member of Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church, Our Lady of the Valley Parish. Mom – Keep smiling!

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, James S. Boyle in 2018; and two sisters, Phyllis Pasco and Rose Omogrosso.

She will be greatly missed by her loving son, Michael J. Boyle, Vanport Twp.; brothers, Joe (Barbara) Mendicino, Patterson Heights, and Frank Mendicino, White Twp.; two sisters, Mary Mendicino, Patterson Twp., and Edie (Frank) Namath, Chippewa Twp.; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Friday, January 29, 2021, from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. in the NOLL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 333 THIRD ST., BEAVER. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Robert Miller, Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Our Lady of the Valley Parish. Interment will take place at Beaver Cemetery.
