Franklin O. Justice Ii

Franklin Ottawa Justice II, 60, of Ohioville, passed away Monday, June 25, 2018.

Born December 21, 1957 in East Liverpool, OH, he was a son of the late Frank O. and Mariann N. (Doughty) Justice, Sr. A resident of Ohioville most of his life, Frank worked over 30 years as an operator and laborer for Modany-Falcone. He enjoyed working his farm and tending the animals, but his true passion was for his family, always doing whatever he could to keep those he loved together. To all who knew him, this is his legacy.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his sister, Janice I. Woodner.

He will be greatly missed by his brothers, James R. Justice, Fountain Inn, SC, and David P. (Dianne) Justice, Ohioville; sisters, Patricia L. (John_ Simecak, Bridgewater, Linda G. (Nick) Devich, Brackenridge, PA, and Deborah A. (Randy) Jordan, Ohioville; along with his large family, including numerous nieces and nephews; and his best friends and “brothers”, John Modany, Lee Perine, and Mike Zibaila.
