Gloria R. Waskiewicz

Gloria R. Waskiewicz, 66, of Ohioville Borough passed away on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Allay Senior Care of Myers Lake in Canton, Ohio.

Born April 20, 1952 in Ohioville, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Evelyn Richards. She began working at Sears in the Jewelry Department and retired as a manager from the Children’s Department after more than 30 years of service. As a youngster, she attended New Salem Presbyterian Church and became an active member of the congregation for many years, serving as a Sunday school teacher, piano player, and choir member. Currently, she is a member of Vanport Presbyterian Church.

Gloria is survived by her husband, Ed, of Ohioville; her daughter, Rachel (Lenny) Cumberledge, Louisville, Ohio; granddaughter, Katie Cumberledge, Louisville, Ohio; one sister, Sandra Jean (Gary) Dotchin, Beaver; a nephew Robert Nicol; niece Amy (Ken) Zack; and two great nephews, Cody and Colby Gum.

Friends will be received Sunday, August 5, 2018, from 12;00 pm until time of service at 2:00 pm in the NOLL FUNERAL HOME INC., 333 Third St. Beaver. The Reverend David Byers, Pastor of Vanport Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Online condolences may be shared at www.nollfuneral.com .
