Gloria J. Welsh

Gloria J. (Lundquest) Welsh, 79, of Center Twp., formerly of Chippewa Twp., passed away after a lengthy battle with numerous health issues, Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at Good Samaritan Hospice, Heritage Valley, Beaver.

Born September 30, 1943 in Everett, PA, she was a daughter of the late Willis and Lillian Lundquest. Gloria retired after a career as a monitor technician with the Heritage Valley Health System. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother and great-grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, William Z. Welsh.

She will be greatly missed by her sons, John A. Banovsky, East Palestine, OH, and Michael J. (Jill) Banovsky, Center Twp.; brother, Larry Lundquest, AZ; sister, Dianne Connor, East Liverpool, OH; grandchildren, Morgan Hunter, East Palestine, OH, Nadia Banovsky, Hopewell Twp., Andrew Banovsky, East Palestine, OH, Michael Banovsky, Pensacola, FL, and Evan Banovsky, Center Twp; along with great-grandchildren, Brody Fitzsimmons, Hopewell Twp., and Sam Hunter, East Palestine, Oh. Gloria was awaiting the birth of her third great-grandson, Lincoln Hunter.
