Grace E. Starkey

Grace E. Starkey, 89, of Brighton Twp., passed away at home, surrounded by her family, Saturday, November 22, 2025.

Born April 27, 1936 in Ohioville, she was a daughter of the late James and Grace Porter Bloom. A resident of Ohioville and Brighton Twp., Grace retired after a 10-year career as a secretary and billing clerk with Beaver County Drug and Alcohol, Vanport Twp. She was also formerly involved for many years with the Brighton Twp. Fire Department Auxiliary.

In addition to her parents, Grace was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Starkey in 1995; sister, Joyce Martin; and grandson, Jaxen Starkey.

She will be greatly missed by her four sons, Robert (Tracy) Starkey, Cranberry Twp., Keith Starkey, Brighton Twp., Kevin (Jacquelyn) Starkey, Cranberry Twp., and Chris (Nikki) Starkey, Brighton Twp.; sister, Shirley Shoaff, Salem, OH; grandchildren, Jaret, Caleb, Alexia and Alyssa Starkey; step-granddaughter, Michelle Schinke; and step-great-grandchildren, Victoria, Jordan, and Julia Schinke; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends will be received Sunday, November 30, 2025, from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver, where a funeral service will take place, Monday, December 1, 2025, at 11 a.m. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
