Homer Filmore Yute

Homer Filmore Yute, 91, of Brighton Twp., passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Beaver Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center, Beaver Falls.

Bom December 22, 1933, Allegheny County, he was a son of late Homer and Edna Erb Yute. Homer, a graduate of Geneva College, worked most of his career at Crucible Steel in Midland, PA as an Industrial Engineer. Homer was a member of the Vanport Presbyterian Church, Vanport Twp. He will be remembered most as a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Homer will be greatly missed by his son Douglas H. (Cindy) Yute, Wisconsin, brother George E. (Sandra) Yute; sister Ethel G. (Bill) Bradford; sister Kathryn A. (Richard) Qulia; brother James A (Margaret) Yute; grandchildren, Justin H. (Jules) Yute, Heather A. Yute, and Katelyn M. (Jacob) Skienar; great-grandson, Nathan; and nephew Kenneth A. (Diane) Long caretaker of Homer (and Patricia) for many years.

In addition to his parents, Homer was preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years Patrica J. Yute.

Friends will be received Friday November 7, 2025 in the Noll Funeral Home Inc.,333 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009 from 2pm until the time of service at 4pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Homer's name may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
