Ivy Mae Welsh

Ivy Mae Welsh, 77, of Daugherty Township, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, on June 30, 2025, at Heritage Valley Sewickley, after an extended illness. Born on July 18, 1947, in Rochester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Gene and Elizabeth Smiley, and had worked for Anchor Hocking Glass. Along with her parents, Ivy is preceded in death by her son, Troy Welsh; brothers, Bruce Smiley, and Seth Smiley; In-laws, Charles Sr. and Antonette Welsh. Ivy will be sadly missed by her beloved husband of 59 years, Charles Welsh Jr.; son, Jeffrey (Kirah) Welsh; daughter, Lisa (James) Mooney; sisters, Vicky (George) Gaskins, and Dana (Tony) Ross; grandchildren, Kylie (David) Wagner, Zachary (Hope Berneburg) Mooney, Shae (Edward) Stang, Aria (David) Medved; and her great-grandchildren, August, Aurora, Juniper, and Aiden. As per Ivy’s wishes, all services were private. Professional Arrangements have been entrusted to the Noll Funeral Home Inc., 333 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009.
