Jean E. Ansell Edenfield

Jean E. Ansell, 89 of Beaver, formerly of Aliquippa passed away Friday, November 6, 2015 at Heritage Valley, Beaver with her family at her side.

Born April 7, 1926 in Uniontown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Minnie Edenfield and had been a resident of Beaver the past year. Jean had been a member of the Crestmont CMU Church of Hopewell.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Paul E. Ansell, a daughter, Kimberley (Mikel) Soroka, Arnold, PA, a son, Jeffrey P. Ansell, with whom she resided, a brother, Walter (Sylvia) Edenfield, Monaca, a sister, Virginia McCartney, Uniontown, 3 grandchildren, Paul Mikel (Mary “Katy”) Soroka, Austin Ansell and Anastacia Ansell.

Preceding her in death besides her parents were 8 brothers, Edward, Jr., Robert, Carl, Stenson, Francis, Wallace, Alfred, and Ewing Edenfield.

Friends will be received Sunday from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc, 333 Third St., Beaver. A private funeral service followed by interment at the Beaver Cemetery will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
