Jean C. Houston

Jean C. Houston, 91 of Brighton Township passed away peacefully Sunday, August 6, 2017. Born November 22, 1925 in Wilkinsburg, PA, she was a daughter of the late David and Margaret Carnegie Craig. Jean was a loving wife and mother and faithful member of Park Presbyterian Church, Beaver. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her beloved husband John William Houston in 1975. Jean was a resident of Francis Farmer Apartments in Brighton Township for 21 years where she was proud to have served as President of the Tenant’s Association for 5 years. Jean enjoyed attending card parties and traveling to visit her many children and grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by five sons, Wayne Goodlin (Diane), Bud Goodlin (Patty), Jack Houston (Patti), Douglas Houston (Louise), Rick Michaels (Betty); two daughters, Maureen Sebris (John) and Ellen Richardell (Ron); twelve grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
