Jean F. Robb, 92 of Sewickley formerly of Brighton Twp., passed away early Tuesday morning, July 24, 2018 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh with her family at her side.
Born September 22, 1925 in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Ralph E. and Jean Forsythe and had been a resident of the Masonic Village in Sewickley the past four years. Jean was a faithful member of the First Presbyterian Church, Beaver where she was active with the Hodge Band. She loved to volunteer and was active in the community including as a member of DAR, the Eastern Star, and the Women’s Club of Beaver.
Preceding her in death besides her parents was her husband, A. Elliott Robb in 2009, and a sister, Helen Forsythe.
Surviving are two sons, Arthur E., Jr., (Johannah) Robb, Sewickley, Ralph (Pat) Robb, Ft. Worth, TX, 5 cherished grandchildren, Gavin (Melanie) Robb, Jeffrey (Samantha) Robb, both of Pittsburgh, Shannon (Chad) Jennings, Ft. Worth, Andrew Robb, Austin, TX, Curtis Robb, Avon, CO, and 2 great granddaughters, Isabel & Iris Jennings.
Friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. A Funeral Service will be conducted Friday at 11:00 am at the First Presbyterian Church, Beaver by her pastor Rev. Henry Knapp. Private interment will follow at the Beaver Cemetery.
