Jean S. Wehrle, 92, of Beaver, passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at home with her family at her side.
Born December 20, 1922 in Vicco, KY, she was a daughter of the late McKinley and Mary Fields Stacy. Jean had been a resident of Beaver since 1946, retiring as a sales clerk at the former Kaufmann’s, Rochester after 16 years of service.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, William L. Wehrle in 1996, and a brother, Quentin Stacy.
Jean is survived by three daughters, Patricia Ann (Guy) Pelham, Reno, NV, Carole (Dale) Neville, Beaver, and Kathleen ( Dale) King, Johnson City, TN, six grandchildren, Michael (Victoria) Neville, Stacy (Jeff) Thomas, Patrick (Noelle) Neville, Chaz, Bryce, and Boston King, and six great grandchildren, J.D., Skyler, Collin, Mollie, Hollis, and Silas.
As per Jean’s wishes, there will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be conducted by Pastor Lisa Gibson, Friday, December 4, 2015 at True Life Church, Gertrude Street, Chippewa Township. Interment will take place at Beaver Cemetery, Beaver. Arrangements are being handled by Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
