Jessie M. Bryson-Hales

Jessie M. Bryson-Hales, 92, of Brighton Twp., formerly of Evans City, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018, surrounded by her large, loving family.

Born September 7, 1926 in Greenville, PA, she was a daughter of the late Walter Moore and Kathryn Moore English. A resident of Brighton Twp. for the last 8 years, Jessie will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud and caring grandmother and great-grandmother of 23. She was a past Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, and had attended Pathway Church. Jessie’s favorite activity was spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Jessie was preceded in death by her first husband, William C. Bryson in 1984; her second husband, Donald Hales in 2006; and brothers, John and Robert Moore.

She will be greatly missed by sons, William Bryson, Richmond, TX, David (Carol) Brailey, Brighton Twp., and Gary (Deborah) Bryson, Sugarland, TX; her daughter, Jeanine (Dennis) Pittman with whom she resided; grandchildren, Adam (Anna) Brailey, Alan (Suzanne) Brailey, Elizabeth Bryson, Rachel (Tony) Triscila, Kimberly (Jeff) Ferricks, Abigail (Ryan) Gouldsbarry, and Andrew Pittman; and great-grandchildren, Aidan, Porter and Finn Brailey, Landon and Beau Brailey, Hannah, Tyler and Logan Triscila, Emma, Bryson, Dylan and Nathan Ferricks, and Lillia, Nolan, Joel and Judah Gouldsbarry.

Friends will be received Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver, where a service will be conducted by Reverend Matt Frey, Monday, December 17, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. Interment at Beaver Cemetery will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jessie’s name may be made to Concordia at Villa St. Joseph, 1030 W State Street, Baden, PA 15005.
