John R. Huffman, Jr.

John Raymond Huffman Jr., 72, of Beaver, passed away on April 13, 2019 at UPMC Montefiore. Born August 2, 1946 in Rochester, Pa, he was the son of the late John R. and Priscilla Huffman, Sr. He graduated from Freedom High School, going on to Geneva College where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Accounting. John was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran, having served in Vietnam, and Sicily, Italy. John spent most of his career working for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and after retirement, worked part-time at H&R Block. He was also an active member of the Midland Sportsman Club and a member of the Rochester Masonic Lodge #299. John will be sadly missed by his wife of 30 years, Alicia Huffman; a son and his girlfriend, Roy Huffman and Jess Weimer of Beaver; a sister-in-law, Lili Valle of San Francisco, CA; and a niece Lauren Condell of Denver, CO. Friends will be received on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver, where a funeral service will take place Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 11a.m. A Masonic Service will be conducted Wednesday, at 6:30 p.m. Online condolences may be shared at www.nollfuneral.com.
