Kerri A. Artim

April 25, 1958 — March 29, 2025

Kerri Sample Artim, born on April 25, 1958, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was a beloved daughter of the late Clyde “Larry” and Carla Dutton Sample. Known for her infectious laughter, irresistible charm, and exceptional hugs, Kerri was a patriotic and charitable woman, particularly passionate about supporting veterans, their communities, and their foundations.

A lifelong Steelers fan, Kerri never missed a game and proudly declared, “Those are my boys.” However, one of her most remarkable qualities was her unwavering love for cats. Throughout her life, she had cared for and adored numerous kitties, filling her home with a lifetime of kitty memorabilia.

Kerri also had a deep commitment to the well-being of the feline population in her community. She organized medical care, established shelters, and provided food for countless animals fortunate enough to cross her path. Her expertise and affection for cats made her a true cat whisperer, and she took immense pride in her feline family.

In honor of Kerri’s remarkable life and her unwavering love for animals, we kindly request that you consider making a donation to your local animal shelter.

Alongside her parents, Kerri is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Artim (2024); and her son, Adam Galletta (2014).

Kerri will be deeply missed by her son, Aaron Galletta, as well as her brothers, Greg, Richard, Ronnie Lee, and Kirby, her sisters, Sheri, Marcy, Krissy, and Laurie “Libby,” a special niece, Tara, a special nephew, Max, numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews, and her beloved “kitty cats,” Livvy, Lovey, Sami, Thomas, Billie Jean, Nikki, and one extra special kitty, Danny.

As per Kerri’s wishes, no public services were held.

Professional arrangements have been entrusted to the Noll Funeral Home Inc., located at 333 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. Online condolences may be shared at www.nollfuneral.com.
