Larry R. Kaufman

Larry Richard Kaufman, 80, of Brighton Twp., passed away on March 23, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

Born January 4, 1943, in East Liverpool, Ohio, he was the son of the late Zalman and Helen Bangor Kaufman. Larry graduated from Beaver HS and earned his BS and MS from IUP. He started his career as a Math and Science Teacher and then became a Chemist at Duquesne Light. He faithfully attended Chapel Presbyterian Church and was an avid outdoorsman, bowler, and handyman.

Larry will be missed by his wife of 48 years, Barbara G. Helsing Kaufman; son, Jonathan (Valerie) Kaufman; daughters, Melanie (Ben) Kendrew, and Kimberly (Wes) Kaufman Morgan; brother, Robert (Maryellen) Kaufman; and six beloved grandchildren, Luke Kendrew, Emma Kendrew, Liam Morgan, Eliot Morgan, Harper Kaufman, and Maksim Kaufman.

Memorial visitation will be held Tuesday, March 28, 2023, from 5 PM until 8 PM at Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009, where a funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 11 AM. Online condolences may be shared at www.nollfuneral.com.
