Lillian P. Rudman, 91 of Ohioville passed away unexpectedly on Friday March 13, 2015 at her home.
Born March 20, 1923 in Midland, she was the daughter of the late Sam & Anna Lukacevic Lavona and had been a resident of Midland all of her life. Lillian had once worked in the purchasing department at Crucible Steel, Colt Industries, Midland where she took pride in her role of purchasing all of the materials for the construction of the Titanium Building. She was a member of the St. Blaise Parish, Midland and had also belonged to the Croatian Fraternal Union.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband of 57 years, Frank T. Rudman and her son and daughter-in-law, Thomas, Jr. and Lisa Rudman.
She is survived by her son, Samuel Scott Rudman, South Beaver Twp., 3 grandchildren, Melissa Lee (Justin) Mehalik, Wixom, MI, Samuel Scott Rudman, Jr., and Anna Madelyn Rudman, both of Cameron Park, CA, and a great grandson, Thomas Anthony Mehalik.
Friends will be received Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 in the Schwerha-Noll Funeral Home, 600 Beaver Ave., Midland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10:00 am at Saints Peter & Paul Church by Father Robert Miller. Interment will follow at the Beaver Cemetery.
