Lois J. Wolfe Peters

Lois J. Wolfe, 80, of Beaver passed away Sunday morning, September 20, 2015 at Good Samaritan Hospice, Heritage Valley, Beaver, with her family at her side.

Born April 21, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Helen (Kratt) Peters. Lois lived in Beaver for nearly 15 years, formerly working as a corporate bookkeeper for Townsend Textron for 20 years. Her passions were reading, traveling, and the arts. She enjoyed oil painting, as did her great-grandfather, grandfather, and father, all of whom were commercial artists. She carried on the tradition into the fourth generation, and was proud that both her daughters, and her three grandchildren share and carry on that artistic tradition.

Beside her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her sister, Anne Spade.

She is survived by two daughters, Wendy Boffo, Bridgewater and Heidi (Mark) Jackson, Beaver, a son, Robert A. Wolfe, Jr., New Sewickley Township, and 3 grandchildren, Robert Paul and Christopher Ray Jackson, and Max Boffo. Lois also leaves behind her cherished pet Peaches and her four legged grandson Bubba.

Friends will be received during a memorial visitation Saturday, September 26, 2015, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
