Louis J. Wolber

Louis Joseph Wolber, 83, of Brighton Twp. passed away on May 18, 2022 from complications of Covid.

Big Lou was predeceased by his parents Louis and Veronica Wolber, his sister Veronica Fennell and his brother Thomas Wolber and his loving wife of 54 years Donna Carol Wolber. He is survived by his son’s Louis (Tammy) Wolber, Keith (Kimberly) Wolber and his brother Larry (Patricia) Wolber as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Lou was a member of the 1st Church of God in New Brighton for over 30 years and an United States Air Force Veteran where he served as an aircraft mechanic. Big Lou enjoyed high school sports, auto racing and dressing up as Santa Claus in his younger years to bring the joy of Christmas to little faces. He took great pride in his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He also extends a special thanks to his neighbors Sam and Debbie for their immeasurable support after the passing of his beloved wife.
