Margaret V. Hermann, 90, of Beaver passed away Monday, March 14, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospice, Heritage Valley – Beaver.

Born February 14, 1926 in Rochester, she was a daughter of the late Charles Eugene and Angeline Dominici LaValle. Margaret retired from Colt Industries, Midland after 40 years of service as an executive secretary for the president of the company. She was active and held numerous offices in several organizations, including the Professional Secretaries of Beaver Valley, Saints Peter and Paul Marion Guild, and the Beaver Area Memorial Library Board. She was a faithful member of Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church, Beaver.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her beloved husband Howard A. Hermann in 1995, two brothers, William and Arthur LaValle, and four sisters, Mary Modany, Rose DeSalle, Josephine Zapico, and Viola Vazquez.

Surviving Margaret is her sister-in-law Dorine LaValle, Midland and numerous nieces, nephews, great- nieces, and great-nephews.

Friends will be received Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Robert Miller at Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church, Beaver, Friday, March 18, 2016 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Beaver Cemetery, Beaver. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Margaret’s name may be made to Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church, Beaver, Good Samaritan Hospice, Heritage Valley, Beaver, or Homemaker Home Health Aide, Beaver.
