Marian A. Guerriere

Marian Castelli Guerriere, 90, formerly of Hopewell Twp., passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospice, Heritage Valley, Beaver.

Born November 18, 1928 in Midland, she was a daughter of the late Pietro and Felicetta Castelli. Marian, a hard-working role model to her children, was a loving and compassionate mother, and proud grandmother to whom family meant the world. In her spare time, Marian could be found cheering on the Steelers, watching tennis and ice skating, or reading books.

She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Patti (John) Zahner, Hopewell Twp., and Felicia (Bryan) Greco, Center Twp.; a daughter-in-law, Janice Guerriere, GA; sister-in-law, Mary Castelli, NJ; cherished grandchildren Leah Zahner and her husband, Jameson Kummer, Robert (Alexandria) Zahner, and Zach and Shayla Greco; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Marian was preceded in death by her two brothers, John and Henry Castelli; sister, Michelina “Mickey” Maroni; and her son, Anthony Guerriere.

Friends will be received Friday, December 7, 2018 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver, where a blessing service will be conducted Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 11 a.m. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
