Mary M. Alexander

Mary M. Alexander, 87, of Beaver passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016.

Born December 12, 1928 in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Ella Mae Brown. Mary was kind, generous, and had a great sense of humor as she loved to laugh. She was a wonderful mother who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Mary was a member of Four Mile Presbyterian Church, Brighton Township.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, William H. Alexander in 2015.

She is survived by three daughters, Cindy (Mike) Brown, Columbia, SC, Annie Alexander and Denise (Mark) Logan, all of Beaver; one brother, Robert K. Brown, Unionville, PA; grandchildren Joshua (Brittany) Brown, Evan and Alex Brown, Austin and Trevor Logan, and Mallory Alexander Brucke.

As per Mary’s wishes, services and interment will be private. All arrangements are being handled by the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mary’s name may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.

The family would like to thank Good Samaritan Hospice, especially Diane and Lynn, for the loving and compassionate care given Mary.
