Michael N. Brooks, Sr.

Michael Nazzie “Mikee” Brooks, Sr., 46, of Ohioville, passed away Monday, May 15, 2023.

Born March 17, 1977 in Rochester, he was the son of Michael L. and Pamela J. Brooks, Ohioville. A lifelong resident of Ohioville, Michael graduated from Western Beaver High School in 1995, going on to work at Horsehead Industries, and most recently, Shasta. He had many interests, including sports, fishing, camping and watching Star Wars and Marvel movies.

In addition to his parents Mike and Pam, Michael will be deeply missed by his wife, Ashley Postich Brooks; his sons, Michael, Jr., and Luke; brother-in-law, George Postich; sister-in-law, Nicole Postich; nieces, Brittney, Neveah and Jasmine; and nephews, Brandon and Patrick; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Tammy “T” Brooks.

As per Michael’s wishes, there will be no public visitation.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
