Milka “Mil” Lozzi, 84, of Brighton Twp., passed away peacefully at home with her husband at her side, Sunday, November 17, 2019.
Born December 7, 1934 in Midland, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Puchir Cvetovich. A 1955 graduate of Midland High School, Milka and her husband Robert settled in Brighton Twp. where they have lived since 1983. Known for her cooking and baking skills, she will also be remembered as a favorite aunt of her many nieces and nephews.
Milka will be greatly missed by her beloved husband of 36 years, Robert Lozzi, Brighton Twp.; her sister, Violet Cvetovich, Brighton Twp.; sister-in-law, Sandra Cvetovich; nephews, Matthew (Renee) George, and David George; nieces, Cindy Mehalic, Tami (Vernon) Buffington, Sherri (Tom Cayton) Cvetovich, and Cindy Cvetovich; along with great-nephews and nieces, Clinton George, Nicholas, Nathan, and Zachary George, Ryan Mehalic, Taylor Cayton, and Brooke Buffington.
In addition to her parents, Milka was preceded in death by a brother, George Cvetovich, and sisters, Ann George, and Mary Cvetovich.
Following a private family viewing, a service, conducted by Pastor Richard Liptak of the Wildwood Chapel, will take place at 11 a.m., Thursday, November 21, 2019 in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. A private interment will follow at Beaver Cemetery. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
The family would like to thank her Good Samaritan Hospice Team; nurses, Lauren and Joyce, caseworker, Linda, and aide, Tee, for the compassionate care given to Milka.
