Muriel Love

Muriel Alexander Love, 96, of Beaver, formerly of Sewickley, passed away February 6, 2026.

Born February 8, 1929, she was a daughter of the late William and Jean (Hay) Alexander. Muriel graduated from Sewickley High School in 1947, going on to graduate from The Pinkerton School, Pittsburgh in 1948. She was a member of Park United Presbyterian Church, the Heritage Valley Auxiliary, the Order of the Eastern Star Sewickley 439, and the New Brighton Century Club. Muriel also served as a Girl Scout leader.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leo R. Love in 1989, and her son, Thomas A. Love in 2020.

Muriel is survived by her son, Robert L. (Inez) Love, Columbia Falls, MT; daughter, LeeAnn L. Chambers, Westfield, IN; grandchildren, Orion, Keeley, Amanda and Colby (Susie) Love, and El Chambers; along with three great-grandchildren, Henry, Augie, Ford, Sage and Chloe, with another one on the way.
