Myrna L. (Diamond) Douglass

Myrna L. (Diamond) Douglass, 88, of Beaver passed away peacefully with her family and constant companion, Bella Marie by her side, Thursday, April 11, 2024.

Born April 6, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Ralph, Sr., and Mabel Edgar Diamond. Myrna retired following a long career as a nursing technician with Heritage Valley Hospital, Beaver. She was a faithful member of Trinity Church of Beaver, where she served as a member of The Order of the Daughters of the King. Myrna will be mostly remembered as a loving mother to her children. Her family and faith were everything to her.

Myrna will be greatly missed by her son, Mike Douglass, Beaver; daughters, Cathy (Mark) Ketchel, Gibsonia, and Lori (Dann) Glott, Beaver; brother, Ralph (Kathy) Diamond, Longview, TX; grandchildren, Amber (Jake Goughan) Industry, and Zachary Ketchel, Covington, KY; and aunt, Karrie Diamond Rodgers, TX.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved niece, Kristy Diamond.

The family would like to give a special thank-you to Pinnacle Hospice for the loving care they provided for Myrna.

Friends will be received Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 1 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m., in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. Interment will take place at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Myrna’s name may be made to St. Jude Childrens’ Research Hospital.
