Nancy C. Gomola Hollenbaugh

Nancy C. Gomola, 72, of Ohioville, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Kindred Hospital at Heritage Valley, Beaver with her family at her side.

Born May 5, 1943 in Rochester, she was a daughter of the late Theodore and Alice Hollenbaugh and had lived in Ohioville for nearly 50 years. Nancy retired as a teacher at Fairview Elementary School, Western Beaver School District, after 36 years of service. She was a parishioner of Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church, Beaver, a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society, and an usher at Lincoln Park which she greatly enjoyed. Nancy will be most remembered for her unwavering devotion to her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Thomas M. Gomola, Ohioville, two daughters, Suzanne Girting, Center Township and Juliet (James) Blandford, Annapolis, MD, a brother Theodore Hollenbaugh, Jr., Ohioville, one sister, Joan Eck, Industry, and five grandchildren, Nickolas, Matthew, and Hannah Girting, and Jake and Max Blandford.

Friends will be received Friday from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted by Fr. Robert Miller, Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 10:00 am at Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church, Beaver. Interment will follow at Beaver Cemetery.
