Nicholas Vuletic, Iii

Nicholas Vuletic III, 81 of Midland, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, November 6, 2022 at Caring Heights Nursing Home in Coraopolis, PA following a hard fought battle with cancer.

Born February 27, 1941 in Midland, PA he was the son of the late Nicholas Sr. and Dorothy F. Mahon Vuletic. Nick was also preceded in death by a sister, H. Arlene Winters, two brothers. John Mahon and Kenneth Vuletic.

Nick lived in Midland all of his life. He began working in the Crucible Steel Mill at a young age, until it closed its doors in the early 1980’s. Nick also worked security at the Beaver Valley Mall, Monaca, PA for many years.

Nick was a devoted hunter for most of his life, even getting his three daughters involved. Nick spent many hunting seasons in one of his favorite places, Potter County, PA which is better known as God’s country due to its beauty.

Nick leaves behind his former wife and Mother of his three daughters, Donna L. Fauser; cherished daughters, Dawn R. Shawl (Billy} of Industry, PA, Holly L. Hayes (Sam) of Wellsville, OH, and Nicole R. Eckles (Billy) also of Industry; five grandchildren, Nicholas Buckins of Virginia, Chase Buckins of Moon, PA, Steven Menich (Erika) of Florida, Chad Menich and Willow Eckles both of Industry, PA, and 3 great grandchildren. He leaves behind a special niece and nephew, Monica White and James Winters, both of North Carolina; and a few cousins. Last but not least, Nick leaves behind his favorite girl Dakota, his German Shepherd, who has been a long time companion for ten happy years.

A Memorial Service will be held in Nick’s honor at Schwerha-Noll Funeral Home, 600 Beaver Avenue, Midland, PA 15059 on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 12-2 pm. Online condolences may be shared at www.nollfuneral.com.
