Paul E. Ansell

Paul E. Ansell, 91, of Tarentum, formerly of Aliquippa, passed away Wednesday morning, January 2, 2019.

Born December 28, 1927 in Uniontown, he was a son of the late Henry and Hazel Witt Ansell.  A proud veteran of the U.S. Army, Paul had a long career as a steel worker with the former J & L Steel, Aliquippa.  He will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, and caring Pap Pap.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Jean E. Ansell in 2015; brother, Harold Ansell, and sister, Marlene Ansell.

He will be sadly missed by his daughter, Kimberley (Mikel) Soroka, Arnold, PA; a son, Jeffrey P. Ansell, Beaver; two brothers, Harrison “Ted” Ansell, Uniontown, and Edgar (Kaye) Ansell, VA; one sister, Lois Reed, OH; one brother-in-law, Walter (Sylvia) Edenfield, Monaca; and three cherished grandchildren, Paul Mikel (Katy) Soroka, Austin Ansell, and Anastacia (Wes) Volante.

Friends will be received Monday, January 7, 2019 from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. Interment will occur at Beaver Cemetery, Beaver following a private funeral service.  Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
