Priscilla "Penny" Andresen Hagen

Priscilla “Penny” Andresen Hagen, 67, of Beaver, passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2018.

Born July 9, 1950 in Greensburg, she was a daughter of the late Reverend Daniel and Clara Mae Andresen. A loving and compassionate woman, Penny welcomed three of her own sons into her home, along with 117 other children that she cared for as a foster parent for 35 years. She was a member of the Foster Parent Association, a former board member of both Beaver County CYS and Bethany Christian Services, a Stephen Ministry Leader and served nine years at CASA in Beaver County. Formerly of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church, Beaver, she shared her talents as a Sunday school teacher, board member, and youth worker. Penny faithfully attended and was actively involved at First Presbyterian Church, Beaver.

She will be greatly missed by her husband, David L. Hagen, Beaver; three sons, Stephen (Christi) Hagen, Sebring, FL, Kevin (Nikki) Hagen, Valencia, PA, and Eric (Joye) Hagen, Beaver; sister, Esther (Donald) Weidemann; sister-in-law, Laura June Andresen; sister-in-law, Sally (Gene) Telego; and nine grandchildren, Jennai, Seth, Elianna, Sara, Samuel, Abby, Mark, Spencer, and Carter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Stephen and David.

Friends will be received Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 12 p.m. until 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. A funeral service will be conducted by her pastor, Reverend Jeff Arnold, Monday, July 2, 2018 at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Beaver.
